Use this to decode the ITA2 information encoded in the "horn" sounds. You can either enter the bit lengths (e.g. 2 1 1 2 7), or the associated bit string (e.g. 0010110000000).
White space not matter for the bit strings, but is used to seperate numbers if you input lengths.
So far all data has been encoded with the most significant bit being the left bit, so you should probably leave "Use Right MSB" unchecked.
"Flip bits" will invert the bit stream (go from 0010110 to 1101001). If this is unchecked and a length series is entered, the first bit is assumed to be 1.
